This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, aspiring and customer focused Student Pharmacist to join our ever growing and well-loved family business. In this fast paced, multifaceted role, you are required to perform tasks under Pharmacist supervision to the standards set by The Pharmacy Board of Australia, The Pharmacy Guild and QCPP.

- Exciting opportunity to work in the dispensary for casual & part time pharmacy students across 5 Chemist Warehouse stores

- Stores are Sunnybank, Oxley, Browns plains, Crestmead & Rocklea with the opportunity to work between stores

- Flexible work hours

- Work with over 35 pharmacists across 5 stores in a forward pharmacy model Chemist Warehouse run group

- We have our own training and mentorship program for students to ensure they get the best training and real life experience on how to work in a busy pharmacy

- Customer service focused pharmacies with an average of 6 pharmacists working in each store so gives you plenty of people to learn from

- Students who work with us as students are offered Internship positions after finishing their degree

- Previous experience is not required, just a desire for knowledge and a hunger to be the best in our industry and care for customers

Responsibilities

• Assisting with customer service queries
• Assisting with scripts in/out and dispensing
• Counselling customers about medications
• Replenishing stock and maintaining inventory levels

• Completing a Bachelor degree or Masters in Pharmacy
• Knowledge of Pharmacy products
• Strong communication skills between all stakeholders
• Excellent customer service
• Dedicated work ethic
• Ability to work well in a team and autonomously
• Willingness to learn and grow with the business
• Eye for detail and accuracy

The successful applicant will be required to meet a satisfactory National Criminal History Check outcome.
