Role and Responsibilities:
This part time role will see the successful candidate working as a Student Services Administrator, supporting Senior School students/familes and staff to ensure  the smooth daily running of the Senior School. Your day will involve:

  • Monitoring phones and emails to capture student absences
  • Assisting with students to sign in/out of the school
  • Assisting relief teachers to sign in and prepare for their day
  • Data entry and running attendance reporting
  • Communicating absences to teachers
  • Attending to teachers requests for printing and resources as needed
  • Covering Senior School Reception as required
Through effective, efficient and adaptable work practices and excellent interpersonal communication skills, this administrative role will deliver an outstanding level of customer service to familes and staff.

This part time position is required Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 
8.00am - 4.00pm. The position is required during school terms only, until the end of the 2024 School Year.

About You:

  • Advanced digital literacy skills with a specific knowledge of Microsoft Excel to facilitate efficient and accurate data manipulation.
  • Knowledge of general office routines and systems;
  • Ability to use initiative, work autonomously and in a team environment;
  • Excellent organisational skills and capacity to meet deadlines and not compromise on accuracy;
  • Genuine interest in families and students;
  • Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of and a commitment to following the School’s child safety expectations, principles and policies
  • Have a current Employee Working with Children check or be willing to obtain one prior to commencement
