As the Student Services Team Leader / Assistant Manager you will lead the Student Services Team to deliver exceptional support to students, and provide high-quality customer service and assistance, whilst ensuring high customer satisfaction levels are met.
You will be leading a team which has a broad range of responsibilities whilst operating in a busy high volume environment.
You’ll achieve this by:
- Fostering a service-centric mindset within the team
- Providing guidance, support and training as needed
- Coordinating and overseeing the day to day operations of the Student Services department
- Working closely with admissions, academic and marketing teams to ensure efficient and timely student administration and stakeholder objectives are met, and to enhance the overall student experience
- Demonstrating awareness of diverse cultural and social backgrounds while having a sensitive and supportive approach
- Maintaining up to date knowledge about the administration of the student lifecycle, internal policies and compliance related to international students

Experience:
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
- Experience in a client services role (preferably within the international education sector)
- Experience in working as part of a team
- Strong digital skills or the ability to develop these on the job - automations and analysis using the latest applications
