Our department is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Student Success Coordinator to join its team.

About the role:

Operating under the broad direction of the Manager, Student Equity and Participation, the Student Success Coordinator will engage strategically with internal stakeholders, including faculties, business units, support services, and external community partners. The role will lead the development and implementation of initiatives targeting diverse student cohorts, particularly those under-represented in higher education.

Emphasising a collaborative approach, the coordinator will work closely with academic and professional staff, leveraging a sound understanding of Student Success theories and frameworks to enhance the overall student experience. The role's primary responsibilities include ensuring the successful design and delivery of programs that foster student transition, participation, belongingness, and success.

About you:

The successful applicant will require a broad skill set to effectively coordinate, implement, and evaluate evidence-based student transition, engagement, and success programs across the university.
