About your new role 

As our Student Support Coordinator, you will work with our community of on-line students in Australia and New Zealand, managing administrative requirements and providing technical support, to ensure the successful delivery of FINSIA's suite of exams connected to our education programs.  

To be successful in this role you will take pride in delivering excellent customer service and will role model the professional behaviours that create a high performing engaged member and learner centric culture. 

This role is one of two positions we have within our wider Learning Team. The working hours for this role will be based on a rotating roster, that will require you to commence early twice a fortnight, and to finish late twice a fortnight. The role is offered as a hybrid position (50/50 Work In Office / Work from Home arrangement).   

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Assist students and members with phone and email queries, including providing technical support and troubleshooting exam issues 
  • Maintaining all exam related tasks to enable delivery of exams
  • Handling escalated queries, and supporting investigations of student appeals or exam incidents
  • General administration and reporting activities

 Required skills & experience:  

  • Experience within an administration or customer service role
  • Strong interpersonal skills both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot queries and find solutions
  • Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail 
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Highly developed organisation and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite of products
  • Ideally experience with CRMs and/or the ability to learn new technology quickly
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities concurrently
