BreastCare WA specialise in fitting compression bras, fashion bras, breast forms and lifestyle garments for ladies who have undergone breast surgery and male and female compression garments for recovery after surgery or to manage a condition.
We are looking for a person who is quiet, aware of the people and space around them, proud to be an administrator, willing to support the work of others by managing and prioritising multiple tasks, and who learns by reflecting on what they have done.
Reception tasks include:
- Welcoming clients.
- Responding to telephone and email queries.
- Maintaining the presentation of the STUDIO and Fitting Rooms.
- Preparing purchase Tax Invoice(s) with individual health provider reimbursement statements.
- Processing EFTPOS payments.
STUDIO Administration task include:
- Creating and maintaining accurate client fitting information.
- Collating the fitting information needed by the Fitter.
- Maintaining the hospital and medical practice fitting calendar.
- Coordinating special garment orders and other client undertakings.
- Maintaining Fitting Room stock levels.
- Processing phone and website orders.
- Daily cash-up and banking.
Whilst product knowledge (bras, breast forms, compression garments etc) could be a benefit, it is not essential.
We will provide the training and mentoring needed for you to develop the product and service knowledge that is intrinsic to BreastCare STUDIO.
Essential requirements for this role are:
- Working days – Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 4pm, with flexibility to work Saturday to cover staff holiday or sick leave.
- Interpersonal maturity – the capacity to appropriately respond to clients going through an emotional experience.
- Administrative skills – experience showing a capacity to manage and complete multiple tasks at a varying pace of work.
- Computer skills – familiarity with computers and the capacity to use Microsoft Software and point of sale software.
- Physical fitness – the capacity to be on your feet for extended periods and climb small ladders to manage stock.
- Current WA Driver’s License – the role includes mail and banking.
This is a permanent Monday to Friday position working 30 hours per week at a rate of $38/Hour + Super + Parking.
