The role: 

The Studio Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operations and organisation of our in-house studio in Brisbane CBD. 

You will help organise and prepare product for our models and aid in the preparation for photoshoots, all while gaining unique and invaluable experiences working closely with our photographers, stylists, hair & make-up artists, and post-production leaders.
 

What you'll be doing: 

• Prepare products and merchandise for photoshoots – steam, clean, and make our garments photo-ready.
• Keep the product and merchandise organised, ensuring a smooth flow in the studio.
• Maintain studio cleanliness, handle post-shoot cleanup, and tag and return stock promptly.
• Take charge of the product uploading process, ensuring accurate naming and placement on our platform.
• Manage campaign visuals, selecting and renaming images that showcase our products in the best light.
• Assist the studio team in quality-checking final imagery to meet our high standards.
• Swiftly troubleshoot and resolve any discrepancies or errors in product imagery.
• Address and resolve issues related to product uploads, guaranteeing a flawless online shopping experience.
• Monitor the help desk daily, coordinating rapid incident resolutions and timely responses to service requests.

What you'll need for the role:

• Previous experience as a studio stylist, retail assistant or visual merchandiser; experience working in a studio environment or for an agency is highly desirable but not essential. 
• Strong knowledge of current trends and have a creative eye. 
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and problem solving skills. 
• Demonstrated high-level organisational and time management skills.
