This is the reality of this role:
- Your primary role is to be a mentor, trainer, and “upskiller” – making our teams’ professional growth and on-the-job training your passion
- You are strong at constructive criticism & delivering feedback, completing monthly strategic reviews and file audits with each consultant
- Your clinical and technical knowledge is strong so that we can deliver a high standard of service delivery and execution
- Building and nurturing relationships comes naturally to you – spanning from individual bonds with your team to professional dynamics with our key clients
- You are an energiser – we only hire people who love what they do and show it every day. This doesn’t mean you need to have a huge personality – but that dedication and joy in what you do needs to be apparent
WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN OUR TEAM
- Tertiary qualifications & registration with AHPRA or ESSA
- at least three years experience in occupational rehabilitation
- Experience mentoring junior consultants in an occupational rehabilitation setting (previous TL experience essential)
- A commitment to being the best - we will provide you a phenomenal onboarding & the tools to excel
- A passion for helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans - you love what you do
- A fantastic stakeholder manager - you need to be an effective communicator
