Studio Leader

ROUSSOS Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a national architecture studio to source a Studio Leader to join the growing Adelaide team. This studio is known for significant project portfolio which spans across the health, aged care, retail and commercial sectors. Our client boasts a strong technical team with a broad skillset which has been key in supporting the unique and challenging projects delivered to date. Working closely with the Directors you will implement mentorship and lead some of the most exciting and diverse projects across South Australia.

This studio has grown into a highly skilled and respected design firm that has completed numerous iconic projects. With over 25 years of experience, the team continues to set new benchmarks for modern urban design. Combining commercial sensitivity with innovative design solutions, our client has successfully completed a number of award-winning and internationally recognised projects. Working closely with the Directors you will implement mentorship and lead some of the most exciting and diverse projects across South Australia.  
 
The Role:
You will be hands-on in your approach to managing projects from concept to delivery – including design, stakeholder management and client liaison. This is a great opportunity for a Principal architect, with business development and people management skills to join a well-established company to join the Adelaide office during a growth phase.

As Studio Leader, your role will be design-focused and involve guiding, reviewing, and maintaining design quality across the studio. You will champion design outputs at multiple scales and complexities, driving quality documentation and detailing across the studio. As a natural leader, you will work closely with all staff in the office, initially focusing on providing guidance to the Project Leader for one of the most exciting upcoming projects in the state.  
 
The like mind:
Ideally you will be a Registered Architect with 10+ years of proven industry experience. This is a client facing opportunity, so the role will require an individual to have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues. Revit proficiency will be highly desirable.
