AddressStudio Manager or Casual Studio Assistant

Position Description
You will manage and coordinate a studio team in producing fun and colourful balloon orders every day.
- Inflating, coordinating and preparing balloon and gift orders
- General customer service including answering email, phone, social media and text enquiries
- Stock management
- Liaising with suppliers, accepting and unpacking supplies safely
- Assisting, inflating, preparing and driving for event installations, occasionally assist in event installations
- Safe delivery of gift boxes and balloon bunches
Casual Studio Assistants will not need to coordinate or supervise a team.
Skills & Experience
- Creativity - a creative eye and a knack for colour
- High level of attention to detail
- Dexterity and fine motor skills - you need to be able to complete fiddly tasks, if you are good at gift wrapping and crafts… and doing it quickly, you're a great fit
- Enjoy working under pressure and able to meet daily deadlines. Works quickly and efficiently
- Flexibility to work early hours and weekends.
No previous experience needed. A creative that has worked in hospitality and hospitality management would be suitable but open to looking at anyone
