This great Creative Agency is made up of a collection of content, production and technology experts who provide creative solutions for global and local clients as well as partner agencies.
Due to an internal promotion, this Creative Agency are on the lookout for a new Studio Traffic Manager to join their Sydney office to help lead the Studio team and manage it’s day-to-day workflow, upkeep and administration.
Daily tasks involve working with the client and a team of studio designers to deliver a variety of creative, digital & print-related graphic design and finished art services.
The position requires a high level of organization, time management and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong client service skills and high attention to detail are also a must!
Role Responsibilities
- Act as the day-to-day contact point for the client, responding to phone calls and emails promptly.
- Manage & oversee all design and production projects from initial concept to final completion, consistently meet deadlines and requirements.
- Lead all functions of the studio and meet operational goals and metrics while overseeing the studio team.
- Ensure teams are appropriately resourced to deliver against business and operational objectives.
- Contribute to staff recruitment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues.
- Ongoing management of freelance and contractor resources.
- Actively support staff training and upskilling.
- Assist with the graduate program.
- Keep studio clean and tidy.
- Comply with Wellcom procedures and policies.
- 4+ years of applicable experience with a strong, cross-functional production background in content production across multiple platforms.
- Ability to determine the optimal approach for small-mid scale projects execution and develop clear project plans
- Ability to work with media plans and agencies and manage the launch of even the biggest of campaigns.
- Management skills in leading and mentoring other team members
- Advanced digital production knowledge
- Advertising/marketing communications agency experience required
- Strong appreciation of the creative culture of the agency
- Excellent client-facing and third-party/supplier management skills
- Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects across the above disciplines at any one time.
- Problem-solving capacity, identifying causes and suggesting innovative solutions.
- Maintain tight control of project budgets and deadlines and communicate issues immediately to the team.
- Manage all administration (estimates, job specs) and attend all project meetings as required.
- Strong technical design skills
- Strong project/traffic/workflow management.
- Highly proficient in Adobe Suite & project management software.
