THE OPPORTUNITY
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Test Lead/Test Manager to join NRI's Consutling divison in Adelaide. The ideal candidate will be a Test Lead / Test Manager with a proven track record in mid to senior-level testing roles, with a strong background in corporate systems and digital development testing within an IT consulting environment. Industry experience a variety of large complex enviornments, at big name/brand companies will be required.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Experience of working in an IT Consulting environment with industry experience in any of the folowing sectors: Banking/Finance, Health, Higher Education, Resources/Mining, or Utilities.
- Proven experience as a Test Lead / Test Manager within complex large environments.
- Background in testing corporate systems and digital development projects.
- Proficient in developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts, with a background in Manual and Automation Testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- ISTQB or other relevant certifications are a plus.
- Security Clearance is a plus.
