We are looking for a casual (up to around 25 hours per week) administration assistant. You will play a key role in supporting our day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including but not limited to:l

  • Scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members
  • Maintaining and organizing office filing systems and databases
  • Assisting with the preparation of submissions, RFPs, reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory levels
  • Responding to calls and emails to the office 
  • Providing general administrative support to team members as needed
  • Contributing to a fun, casual, collaborative team culture

  • Some experience as an administrative assistant or a related role, or you could be a highly organised Interior Design student
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and InDesign. Experience with Monday.com desirable
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Great communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
