Marist College Ashgrove is a Catholic day and boarding school for boys in Years 5-12, situated in Brisbane's inner Northern suburbs. The College is seeking applications from suitably qualified, committed, and energetic Study ofReligion and Religious Education Teachers who have a passion for teaching and working as part of an energetic team committed to excellence in the classroom. This is a fixed-term, full time position for term 3.
Working with students from Years 7 to 12, you will be empowered to design and deliver engaging, flexible, and intellectual learning experiences that challenge and inspire the boys.
Selection Criteria:
The applicant will have:
- Registration to teach in Queensland.
- Qualifications supporting, and experience in, teaching Study of Religion and Religious Education (Middle Years).
- Demonstrated capacity to integrate ICTs into teaching and learning.
- Willingness to contribute to the College's extensive co-curricular program; and
- Commitment to the Catholic and Marist ethos of the College.
