We are currently recruiting a Style Expert to join our new Market Street Boutique.

About the Job:

The Style Expert at Chanel acts as the style liaison in the boutique, bridging the gap between the Style Expertise Manager and Style Advisors. Known for their luxury fashion flair, styling skills, and sophistication, the Style Expert primarily focuses on styling consultations with clients and mentoring Style Advisors, playing a crucial role in enhancing the styling competencies within the boutique.

What You Need to Know About the Role:

As a Style Expert, you will guide clients in expressing their personal style while conveying the essence of the Chanel collection and Gabrielle Chanel's legacy. You will provide styling consultations, lead boutique style sessions, and contribute significantly to boutique events and sales. Additionally, you will mentor Style Advisors, elevate their styling skills, and influence boutique buying decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

You will directly contribute to the brand's mission of engaging consumers and providing unparalleled service while fostering long-term client relationships. Your passion for luxury fashion and commitment to excellence will elevate the boutique's reputation and enhance the overall customer experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Encourage client to try / dare new pieces that will further assert his / her style.
  • Provide a style service to the client with a primarily focus on appointments / wardrobes.
  • Participate in various company's events / activities (pre-order, collection launch, private viewings, style exercise, VIP styling...)
  • Work with Style Expertise Manager to create inspiring looks during collection events to support Style Advisors and the rest of the boutique team.
  • Contribute to qualitative boutique sales, promoting a style, not only a silhouette.
  • Play a key role in supporting the launch of the collection in the boutique from a styling point of view.
  • Ensure the key Fashion messages and the allure of the collection are conveyed through the styling advice.
  • Promote the non-obvious: Key Fashion Pieces, sophisticated items, high ends.
  • Work with Style Expertise Manager on styling tips to promote the non-obvious and slow movers.
