AddressUtilita Water Solutions is a Joint Venture between Downer and Ventia, and performs planned, corrective and responsive maintenance services on a diverse range of water and waste water assets across South East Queensland.
OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
Based at our Eagle Farm Depot, the Administrator reports to our Commercial Lead and is key in the coordination of our Delivery Partner payment claims. This coordination involves analysis of a high volume of work order and claim data and maintenance of registers, and success comes through strong collaborative relationships.
This is a busy role in a high-volume environment, working with and providing support to an extended operational team.
ABOUT YOU
- Highly organised Administrator with strong attention to detail and orientation for process driven work practices and ongoing improvement.
- Great communication and relationship building skills
- Experience using SAP and PowerBI desirable
- Ability to manage a high volume of data
- Previous experience in a similar role in the construction, water or a high volume maintenance environment.
