Contracts (Subcontracts) Administrator

• Manage the full lifecycle of subcontracts, from tendering and award to close-out.
• Prepare, review, and negotiate subcontract terms and conditions.
• Draft RQF's for subcontracted scope of works and pricing schedules.
• Negotiate best value with subcontractors following receipt of quotations.
• Manage the pre-commencement checklist for subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all subcontracts.
• Liaise with project managers, procurement teams, and subcontractors to address any issues.
• Prepare reports on subcontract performance.

ProfileIn this role you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate administration of all contracts/ subcontracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
