As our local and national presence continues to expand, Hames Sharley is on the lookout for a skilled and talentedSubmissions Assistant to join our Perth Studio. This presents an exciting chance to delve into various sectors and further your professional journey within one of Australia's largest multi-disciplinary practices.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Assist in the preparation, and deliver high level business proposals, presentations, and reports in a timely and professional manner.
- Engage with key stakeholders internally and externally to the business, including Hames Sharley’s management and operation teams.
- Assist with the maintenance and compilation of the national knowledge library, including all collateral information (CVs, projects sheets etc).
To be successful in this role, you should have the below skills set:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Submissions Assistant or comparable position
- Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within an established team setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Capacity to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced work environment, ensuring a 100% success rate in meeting stringent deadlines.
- Advanced writing skills and prior experience in a related industry or sector would be advantageous.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in the Adobe Suite, particularly InDesign and Photoshop, along with a high level of competency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
