At present, they are urgently looking to attract a passionate, driven and highly experienced Success Factors Project Manager for a 12 month contract.
The purpose of this role is to manage all aspect of the SuccessFactor project delivery, including leading, planning, monitoring, and communicating with project teams to achieve a high level of performance and quality while establishing deadlines in delivering technology and business projects. You will display excellent communication skills, be a sharp thinker and have outstanding organisation skills. Our client is looking for a natural Project Manager with experience in SAP Activate methodology for Success Factors who has previously worked in the EC and ECP space preferably.
Experience/Knowledge Required;
- Previous proven SuccessFactors project delivery experience
- Project Management Certification
- A minimum of 5 years project management experience
- Knowledge and experience of the SAP Activate methodology for SuccessFactors (required)
- Ability to communicate to technical teams regarding functionality to develop project scopes and deliverables
- Excellent communication skills, stakeholder engagement skills and presentation skills
- Certified in all SuccessFactors modules, with Associate Certification as minimum and Professional Certification as distinct advantage
- Business domain knowledge for Human Resources is essential
- Proven ability in implementing HRIS software within or for a Human Resource Department
- Strong planning and organization skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills. Ability to multi-task and be able to prioritize workload and work independently.
- Previous, proven project delivery with Success Factors and relevant certification
- HR and Payroll business domain knowledge within a large organisation
- Strong consulting skills and can collaborate with multiple stakeholders to effectively identify needs and solutions to achieve the project targets
- Can influence and set direction with senior leaders within our fast-moving organisation
- Willing to be strategic and roll up sleeves to get critical work done
- Ability to work under tight deadlines whilst responding to changing business and technical conditions
