We require a full-time qualified, licensed, and experienced plumber to join our plumbing team.

• Are you able to work unsupervised, look after the customer, run your jobs, and/or supervise other plumbers?
• Are you an Australian Qualified and Registered Plumber?
• Do you have over 5 years of experience in the industry with gas fitting experience, ideally with both residential construction and maintenance work?
• Do you have a clean full AUS driver’s license?

The Role
This will be a hands-on role, with some of the required functions including (but not limited to):
• Attend new jobs to analyze the issue and identify what work needs to be complete
• Prepare accurate and prompt quotes for the job
• Complete jobs promptly
• Communicate clearly with the customer what needs to be done, why it’s important, and how much it will cost to get the work done
• Obtain sign-off from the customer for the completion of their job and collect payments
• Ensure all works are completed to a satisfactory standard
• Update job system, as required
• Communicate with office staff regarding the needs of the booking/customer.
