Anytime Fitness Campsie is an existing and successful club looking for a motivated and energetic manager to drive the day-to-day operations of the club.
You will join a supportive, successful and young team with exceptional knowledge. Training will be provided for the right applicant. Every level applications welcome.
What is the focus of the role?
- You would be responsible for management of the overall financial success of the club, through new member acquisition, existing member retention and all other revenue streams.
- Achieving monthly KPIs
- Proactively seeking new membership opportunities
- Promote the Anytime Fitness brand and image in the community
- Help create a great club culture with a strong focus on member retention through quality customer service.
- Maintaining a high standard of club presentation and cleanliness.
About you
- Sales experience preferred not required
- A vibrant personality, where talking to people comes naturally
- Able to learn new systems quickly
- Energetic with exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Experience in building and managing client relationships
- Efficient time management skills
- High sense of integrity, honesty, drive and self-motivation.
- A passion for helping people through health and fitness
- Be professional and well presented
- A team player able to lead and manage staff
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends
- Excellent ability to network and build lasting relationships with members and the community.
- Experience not required in the fitness or sales industry, training will be provided for the right candidate.
