About the role

We have a new, and exciting opportunity for a motivated individual, to join our Operational Readiness & Project Delivery team, as a Superintendent People Readiness to provide support to various major projects in the Greater Brockman Operations area, throughout the study, execution, and handover phases, to facilitate and promote successful projects.

The scope of work you will be accountable for is challenging and diverse. Your demonstrated ability to engage, connect and positively influence key stakeholders at all organisational levels will play a critical part to the effectiveness in this role.

Reporting to the Manager, Operational Readiness & Project Delivery, you will contribute at a tactical and strategic level to operational readiness and processes, with a focus on:

  • Leading the projects change impact analysis, stakeholder analyses and change plans, developing the organizational change management plan based on model data and current site organizational structure, headcount and PMO workforce blueprint
  • Partnering with HR teams to lead organizational change management processes, develops tools and templates to ensure consistency in the way change management is delivered across the business within the existing policy framework
  • Responsible for the development of the learning needs analysis and plans by providing meaningful data to the local CD teams and coordinating between projects and operations to ensure capability development is set up and executed to meet requirements
  • Developing and distributing internal communication material to support the projects and contributing to external communications where required
  • Representing the Project at various business and community forums and engagements

What you'll bring

  • Able to work in an environment that requires agility and the ability to collaborate and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong collaborative, communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to understand complex issues and communicate these issues concisely
  • Tertiary qualification within a relevant field such as HR, Change/Organisational Development, Communications, Public Relations, Business or similar will be an asset, but not essential
  • Demonstrated experience in HR projects, organisational development, transformation or change management, operational excellence and/or business improvement, including development of execution plans to guide stakeholders through change processes

Where you'll be working

This role has the flexibility to work from Perth, at our head office in Central Park, and working Monday to Friday, with regular site commute.
