Role Overview:

As the Store Manager, you will hold a pivotal position in managing the bustling operations of a high-energy supermarket. Your core responsibility lies in orchestrating the smooth flow of farm-fresh produce directly from the source to our valued customers. You will be supervising a dynamic workforce of around 20 to 30 staff per shift, your duties encompass upholding exceptional customer service standards, streamlining operational processes, and nurturing a supportive team culture. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ensure the consistent availability of fresh and high-quality products in-store.
