About the Role
Due to continual business growth, CareSouth are currently seeking multiple Casual Supervised Contact Workers to join the CareSouth Batemans Bay and Bega teams!
This position would be ideal for a person who has a passion for improving the lives of children and young people and is looking to step into a casual role to suit a more flexible lifestyle.
The Supervised Contact Worker position is responsible for providing high quality supervision and guidance for visits between children and/or young persons in care and their families. This position must ensure that the child’s best interests are supported during contact.
A day in the life of a Supervised Contact Worker!
- Facilitate safe and positive contact visits with young people and birth family members comprising of positive interactions in order to build stronger relationships.
- Complete comprehensive and accurate reports to support the visit.
- Drive young people safety to and from contact visits, school, day care and carer homes.
