- Ensure adherence to agreed standards and processes at Westpac for regulatory compliance.
- Apply system expertise to inform Architecture and Solutions Design for optimal solutions.
- Consult with the wider IT community to enhance solution quality and robustness.
- Deliver accurate cost estimates for project design and development phases.
- Lead diagnosis and resolution of complex service issues across infrastructure and applications.
- Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders in complex project environments.
- 10 + years of software development experience, working on CRM systems development, support, maintenance and integrations.
- Proficiency in Oracle Customer Hub and an in-depth understanding of Siebel's UCM functionality, including data modelling, configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.
- Expertise in Informatica: Strong command over Informatica PowerCenter or Informatica Cloud for data integration, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and data quality management.
- Experience in integrating Siebel applications with other systems, databases, and third-party applications using various integration techniques like web services, EAI (Enterprise Application Integration), and ETL tools.
- Knowledge of database management systems (DBMS) such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL for data storage, retrieval, and manipulation within the Siebel environment.
- Ability to write scripts (e.g., SQL, PL/SQL, shell scripts) and automate tasks to streamline processes and enhance system efficiency.
- Skills in optimizing the performance of Siebel applications and Informatica workflows through tuning database queries, application configurations, and ETL processes.
- Proficient in diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues, including application errors, data discrepancies, and integration failures.
- Understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) concepts and practices, particularly in the context of Siebel applications and customer data management.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices related to data governance, data quality, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) for managing customer information securely and ethically.
