As a Site Supervisor at Diona you will be responsible for the management of a variety of utility and services projects across New South Wales. You will have a safety-first approach and will lead and motivate your team to ensure we are always delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients.
This is position is critical to our business delivering civil infrastructure for our clients and communities. We are looking for a Supervisor that can help us deliver water infrastructure projects across regional NSW, and regular travel to regional sites is a requirement.

Proven track record of successfully delivering underground utility and services projects
A positive and proactive approach to safety and ability to instill and lead a safety-first culture
Excellent relationship building, problem solving, negotiation and leadership skills.
Knowledge of the safety procedures and equipment used when working on or near underground utility lines
Knowledge of the materials, supplies, tools and equipment needed for installation, maintenance and repair of utility infrastructure.
Current unrestricted Driver's license and white card.
