Supervisor and Project Engineer - earthworks, road and civil projects in the Illawarra Region for an established player in the tier two market.

Are you a civil Supervisor or Project Engineer who wants to join a highly regarded civil contractor who will give you freedom to manager your own project?
Our client is seeking the expertise and skills of a Supervisor and Project Engineer to work on road and civil works on a project in the Illawarra region but you would specialise in civil and the complex infrastructure side of the project.
This civil contractor is a well established business employing people across the region. With a strong focus on civil engineering, our client maintains its diversity through their involvement in other projects such as roads, subdivisions rail and earth-moving.
Our client is after two dedicated individuals with previous roads, earthworks or civil infrastructure experience to work on a major section of the project with an emphasis on complex civil works, this is a rare opportunity not to be missed. The project will see you secure, with at least two years worth of work and the potential to gain further employment with the client.
Not only will you be joining an award-winning contractor but you will also form part of a talented, professional team of individuals. This exciting opportunity would ideally suit an Supervisor and Project Engineer who has had previous exposure to water, utilities, asphalt, earthworks, subdivisions or major roads projects.
To be considered for this role it is vital that you have the following skills:

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Worked on civil projects worth over $1m in value
• Previously worked on major earthworks or heavy civil projects
• Strong leadership skills
• High level of organisation
• Be able to work and communicate as part of a team
• Exceptional understanding of OH&S policies
• Ability to think and react quickly to any difficulties which may arise in the workplace
