AddressWe are seeking a Supervisor Hygiene Services to lead and mentor our cleaning, waste and pest management teams.
About the Role
As the Supervisor Hygiene Services, you will provide leadership to the team on safe work practices, Darling Downs Health values and standards of behaviour. You will build and maintain a high functioning team that consistently meets goals and targets. To achieve this, you will be an effective communicator who can inspire and motivative a team. You will have demonstrated people management experience as well as previous exposure to payroll, budget and roster management.
