Operational Services Supervisor - Hygiene And Porterage

We are seeking an Operational Services Supervisor to lead and mentor our Hygiene and Porterage team in Warwick.

As the Operational Services Supervisor you will provide leadership to the team on safe work practices, Darling Downs Health values and standards of behaviour. You will build and maintain a high functioning team that consistently meets goals and targets. To achieve this, you will be an effective communicator who can inspire and motivative a team. You will have demonstrated people management experience as well as previous budget and roster management.
