Fuse Recruitment is currently partnering with the team in search of a motivated Hygiene Supervisor to join their Brisbane Technical team!

What will you be doing?
The Hygiene Supervisor works closely with Production and Technical, and is responsible for overseeing the hygiene cleaning function of the factory.
• Lead, train and support the hygiene cleaning team, fostering a strong sense of Workplace Health & Safety and commitment to food safety standards
• Ensure the completion and accuracy of all cleaning forms and documentation
• Develop and maintain SOPs and training records for the Hygiene department
• Partake in internal audits relating to the Hygiene department
What do you need?
• Relevant experience within an FMCG environment, ideally with short shelf-life products/high care
• Demonstrated leadership and training experience
• Hygiene cleaning experience preferred
• A ‘hands-on’ approach to management with a ‘can do’ attitude
