About the role:
The position will be offered on a full-time basis and will report directly to the Depot Manager.
Schedule for this role is Monday to Friday starting 1pm and normal operational hours apply.
The primary duties of the role will include:
- Managing the floor operation including responsibility for three leading hands and all forklift operators on shift across Freezer, Chiller and Ambient space.
- Ensuring shift runs safely, and products are loaded and unloaded in a timely manner, delivering on metrics such as dock schedule, communicating and driving outcomes for rejected stock, stocktakes and customer service enquiries.
- Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities
