Form of work An opportunity has become available for a Supervisor to join our Stabilisation / Civil team based out of Eastern Creek, NSW. This role is responsible for the management and delivery of projects, and maintenance works of varying sizes. Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be accountable to lead and coordinate personnel, while managing the plant, suppliers and resources to complete project and maintenance works on time, on budget and achieve Downer's Zero Harm. Our ideal candidate will have previous earth works/road stabilisation experience with proven capability leading and motivating crews. Frequent travel to regional sites and weekend work will be required for this role.
