- Previous experience in security operations of site services in a mining environment or hotel / motel accommodation advantageous.
- Excellent client service skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong people management and motivational skills
- An appreciation of HR, IR, OH&S and EEO issues
- Well-developed communication skills
- Good Microsoft applications skills
- Very good interpersonal skills.
- Manages Client Relationships
- The ability to think quickly and provide timely and accurate solutions;
To be successful:
- Cert II or III in Security Operations,
- Licensed Crowd Controller
- Current and valid WA Security Licence(ensuring this is maintained)
- Cert II in EMS Highly desirable.
- C Class Drivers licence.
- Provide First Aid, Provide Basic Emergency Life Support and
- Provide Pulmonary Resuscitation.
- Mental health First Aid Certificate Highly desirable.
- Snake Handler certificate or working towards attainment.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
