You will bring: 

• Previous experience in security operations of site services in a mining environment or hotel / motel accommodation advantageous.
• Excellent client service skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong people management and motivational skills
• An appreciation of HR, IR, OH&S and EEO issues
• Well-developed communication skills
• Good Microsoft applications skills
• Very good interpersonal skills.
• Manages Client Relationships
• The ability to think quickly and provide timely and accurate solutions;

To be successful: 

• Cert II or III in Security Operations,
• Licensed Crowd Controller
• Current and valid WA Security Licence(ensuring this is maintained)
• Cert II in EMS Highly desirable.
• C Class Drivers licence.
• Provide First Aid, Provide Basic Emergency Life Support and
• Provide Pulmonary Resuscitation.
• Mental health First Aid Certificate Highly desirable.
• Snake Handler certificate or working towards attainment.
• Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
