Design & Build are currently looking for a Supervisor/Foreman in Regional VIC. 
You will in charge of delivering a $2.5m civil and structural package for a tier 2 contractor.

About The Role

You will be managing a project in Regional VIC valued at $2.5m including civil, structural and remediation aspects. 

• Managing the construction project from start to finish
• Leading a team of construction and safety professionals
• Overseeing quality, safety and environmental processes
• Scheduling and co-ordination of construction works
• Ensuring delivery of project milestones in accordance with deadlines and budget
• Conducting detailed SWMS reviews
• Application of building methodologies, WHS legislation, standards and guidelines, and Building Code requirements

About You3+ years' experience managing civil projects
Strong communication skills, both verbal and oral
Proven stakeholder management
Ability and experience leading crews and subcontractors
Experience delivering projects within budget
Strong focus on HSEQ
