Altitude Supplements is located at Terminal 2 Perth Airport, catering to the supplement needs of the FIFO community. We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and knowledgeable Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for:
- Managing the overall operations of the store and online store (hours of operation 4:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday).
- Greeting and assisting customers with their supplement needs and questions
- Recommending and selling products that suit the customers' goals and preferences
- Processing payments and maintaining inventory
- Manage e-commerce operations with a strong focus on online sales revenue growth
- Lead in-store company marketing and promotional strategies, including content development and manage social media platforms
- Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives, including develop and implement processes and quality improvements
- Train and support staff and ensure they meet sales targets and key performance indicators
- Weekly reporting on sales targets and KPI and develop and implement strategies to improve sales and productivity, and profitability
- Stock management and control
- Ensure a high standard of store merchandising and cleanliness
Previous Supplement Store experience is not necessary but would be of benefit if into health and fitness.
