ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you ready for your next challenge? We are currently seeking a Supply Coordinator to join our dynamic Portmans team! This role will coordinate all aspects of administration of purchase orders, ensuring effective communication with suppliers and internal team members for the smooth flow of product to stores.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creating and maintaining product lines and stock orders.
- Assisting range development.
- Managing the shipping schedule and associated administration.
- Assist with Critical Path management.
- Range Plan and Purchase Order maintenance.
- Liaising with Product Manager to manage samples.
- Monitoring and tracking key delivery schedules.
- Managing samples for online, marketing shoots, and VM handover.
- Support Product Manager with competitor and market trend analysis.
- Daily reporting and sales analysis to support the team.
- Providing a key link between department and supplier.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience as a Supply Coordinator or in an administration role within a buying/product team is essential.
- Abode Illustrator skills would be advantageous.
- Confident in reading and understanding budgets and margin calculations.
- Confident working with Microsoft products, including excel.
- Great attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
- Ability to build great relationships with the external suppliers and senior stakeholders.
- Thrive in a fast paced and exciting environment.
