SO4 are striving toward the production of high-grade Sulphate of Potash (SOP). Our Lake Way asset is located in the Goldfields region of Western Australia,15 kilometres south of Wiluna. We are about to enter a critical 3-phase process: Restart, the sale of the first commercial product, Nameplate, and Production. 

SO4 is a fast-growing Perth based mining company developing its clean, green, and sustainable Lake Way Project.

THE ROLE

The Supply Supervisor role is responsible for overseeing the site warehouse operations and inventory management and participate in the shipping, receiving, storing and issuing of products and materials, inventory/fixed assets, maintain receiving and inventory control records and prepare related reports. 

This position is based on site at Wiluna, on a family friendly 2/2 FIFO roster ex Perth.  Expectations of the role include looking after:

• Stock management – min/max stock levels, MRP, stocktake and cycle counting
• Storage and warehouse locations- maintain and optimise physical and ERP storage locations.
• Dangerous Goods / Reagents – storage and issuance, manual handling. Maintenance of Chem Alert system
• Warehouse management – manage all aspects of warehouse operations (receive, pick, put away and report)
• Catalogue maintenance and review – assist to maintain data records
• Receipting – all goods received onsite entered into ERP
• QA/QC – inspection and validation of all inbound deliveries
• Management of all warehouse returns
• Management of rotable items
• Management of site and regional fuel requirements and infrastructure
• Management of interim fuel storage cells
• System administrator of fuel management system
• Fuel receipting
• Fuel reconciliation and usage reporting
• Management and maintenance of fuel fobs
• Maintenance of all bulk fuel storage cells and dispensing equipment
• Management of all inbound and outbound freight
• Arrange for hot shots /air freight for urgent consignments.
• Oversee and prioritise vehicle unloading for receiving.
• Management and circulation of freight manifests
• Reconciliation of freight accounts
• Manage performance of freight providers

ABOUT YOU

We are seeking a candidate with minimum 3 years within a similar role in the resources, agriculture or freight industry. You will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a warehouse and inventory supervisory specific position, with a demonstrated experience across all aspects of warehousing and inventory.

To be successful for the role you will possess:

• Current “C” Class Western Australian driver’s license.
• Forklift License/ticket
• Ability to communicate with a confident and compelling message to a wide range of stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor and manage project delivery teams.
• Previous exposure working in mining and remote environments.
• Experience using Pronto on an intermediate level
• Solid grasp of change management processes
