The Opportunity

This role is for a customer focused individual to join our Support Centre Team. Our Support Centre provides a high level of customer service and support to internal and external clients and is the first point of contact for all organisational incoming calls, primarily responding to participant’s appointment needs and providing administrative support to sites.

About you

  • Experience working in a customer service or call centre environment
  • Self-motivated, with sound organisational and time management skills
  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office
  • Confidence to verbally communicate with empathy, identify customer needs and provide solutions
  • Excellent written skills with high attention to detail to confidently record client information into database systems
  • Commitment to ensuring confidentiality
  • The ability to problem solves on the go and work within a busy team
