About the Role
You work with people to achieve great well-being outcomes focusing on principles of strengths and recovery.
This role focuses on:
Working with participants to achieve positive outcomes & build capacity
Coaching support workers to achieve care plan objectives
Working collaboratively with participants’ networks, communities and other organisations
Promoting recovery, resilience, rights and strengths
About You
You will be able to:
Engage in reflection and professional development and and modify your practices accordingly
Maintaining accurate participant records
Coach and support support workers to deliver strengths, rights-based and recovery oriented services
Effectively engage in service review and evaluation
Work collaboratively with support coordinators
Experience & Qualifications
Desired: Bachelor degree in human services (eg. social work, disability & inclusion)
Essential: Certificate IV in Community Services and extensive experience
