Job description:
THE ROLEDiverse and rewarding role providing a variety of support to clients at the site location. You will be joining a supportive team who are committed to helping individuals find stable housing and support services.
We strive to create a welcoming and supportive environment for our clients, and our team works together to make a positive impact in our community.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Provide a variety of supports to clients, working in cooperation with the Case Management team.
- Contact new and regular clients, providing support, information, referral to internal services and programs.
- Maintain client records and case notes, both electronic and handwritten, in a professional manner.
- Providing client support with a respectful, non-judgmental and inclusive manner, upholding and respecting the rights of clients at all times
- Qualifications and/or experience in Community Services
- Experience in working with and an understanding of the needs of persons from a disadvantaged background.
- A positive, hardworking and highly motivated attitude.
- Experience in facilitating group work and providing individual client support.
- NSW driver licence.
