About the role
We have Support Worker positions available within our Independent Living and Community Inclusion teams. As a Support Worker, you will provide tailored support to people, enabling them to live in their community independently.
Casual positions available with varying shifts available, including sleepovers, evenings and weekends.
You have:
- Minimum 3 years experience in the delivery of supports
- A contemporary approach to supporting people to live independently
- Previous experience in utilising a range of community-based supports and methods to support people to achieve goals.
In addition, you have:
- Current Victorian Driver License and a well-maintained vehicle that meets current safety standards (VicRoads registered)
- Working with Children Check (employee) or willing to obtain.
- NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates (or willing to obtain)
- Evidence of COVID19 vaccinations (3 doses).
