The Cerebral Palsy Support Network (CPSN) is a membership-based organisation that represents individuals with Cerebral Palsy (and like conditions) and their families.
CPSN is not your average support organisation. Each time a participant requires a Support Worker we take the time to find the best fit for both client and worker to ensure consistency of care for our client and stable employment for our Support Worker.
We empower our members to thrive and flourish in their community through the provision of support, resources, and services.

Current opportunities
We are looking for an experienced, pro-active, reliable person to support our fantastic client in Newtown, Geelong VIC.
Shifts: Weeknights from 4:30pm-7:30pm or 5pm-8pm
What you need to be considered for interview
- Minimum 2 years' experience in the Disability sector
- Mobility equipment experience
- Strong observational skills
- Experience with non-verbal communication strategies
- A proactive approach
- Problem solving capabilities
- Respect for established routines
In addition to:
- A NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
- Current First Aid certificate
- Current CPR certificate
- 2 references from prior and/or current employers
- WWCC (Working with Children Check)
- Certificate III or IV in Disability Support desired but not essential
If successful, you will complete online training and hands-on training to ensure you will be able to provide one on one support to our client.
