About the role:We are seeking Support Workers experienced with challenging behaviours to join our Home & Living team within Illawarra!
You will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities by providing personalised care and support tailored to their unique needs and goals. Your dedication and commitment will contribute significantly to creating a more inclusive and compassionate society. You will be experienced in manual handling and demonstrate a commitment to Aruma's BRAVE values.
Positions are to support our customers within our Home and Living services with Part Time opportunities available. Our Home and Living Services require staff to be able to work across all shifts, including Day, Afternoon and Night Shift through the week and weekends. Staff will require reasonable availability to be able to work rotating rosters across 7 days and all shift times. This new service will require you to be available to work sleepover shifts.
