At Bright Living Solutions we have a passion for supporting kids and young adults with Autism and aim to help them achieve their goals. We support them and their families through assistance in daily living, engagement within the community, skill development, personal care and transport.
We are after a passionate Support Worker to work with an 8 year old boy with level 2 ASD, ADD & ODD. The shifts will include helping him get ready for school in the mornings i.e. prompting, making breakfast and medication administering so you will need to have completed the neccessary training for this. The shifts will be 2 mornings per week on a regular basis, on either a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday from 6am to 8am. There will be an opportunity to work with other clients too if you are after more hours.

Students with an understanding of Autism and studying fields such as Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Psychology or Education are encouraged to apply. Our Support Champions often work with Behaviour Support Plans to help support our children and young adults the best way possible.
We offer above award rates and in return you will be reliable, flexible and have the following checks or be willing to obtain them;
- Driver’s license with car
- Working with children check
- Police check or NDIS clearance check
