Form of workYOURCARE is seeking a compassionate Support Workers to provide dedicated care for a gentleman in his 60s with Multiple Sclerosis in Nundah. The role involves various shift times, including active night shifts.
Shift Times:
- 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
- 2:00 pm to 10:15 pm
- 10:00 pm to 7:00 am (ACTIVE NIGHT)
Client Profile:
- Male in his 60s with Multiple Sclerosis
- Experiencing a significant decline in health status
- Living with anxiety
- Requires wheelchair assistance, full sling hoist, and assistive technology
- Has SPC
- Assistance needed with all activities of daily living
- Faces challenges with short-term memory
- Christian
Requirements:
- Experience in support work
- Possession of an NDIS Worker Screening Card
- Manual handling experience
- medication administration experience

- Ability to manage grief associated with declining health
