HHSSI is looking to grow our team of community Support Workers to work within clients homes and in the community.

All Staff under the NDIS Guidelines must show proof of vaccination prior to working with our clients.

PRACTICAL SKILL SET REQUIREMENTS.....
Ipswich Location is preferred
Clean Drivers License
Insured Reliable Vehicle
Certificate 3 or 4 in Disability Support or Individual Support {or enrolled}
Good knowledge of the Ipswich area
High level of English both verbal and written
Yellow Card or NDIS Screening Card and Blue card essential
First Aid Certificate
Police Check
Experience in working with Forensic clients ( Highly desirable)
Experience in Mental health/dementia field (Highly desirable)
Medication certification (Highly desirable)
NDIS certificate
Covid Vaccinations Certificate
