Support Workers

Home care worker positions available to support our elderly clients to continue to remain independent and thrive within their own homes.

• Positions available for Entry level and Experienced applicants
• Permanent Part-Time and Casual contracts available
• Permanent hourly rate of $28.01p/h - $31.38p/h + super
• Travel Allowance of $0.92 per KM PLUS paid travel time
• Wollongong, Albion Park, FigTree, Mt Kembla, Shellharbour, Kiama, Oak Flats, Helensburgh, Corrimal, Gerringong and surrounding suburbs

Key Requirements:

• Current Australian Driver's License and ownership of a reliable insured vehicle
• Fully vaccinated (2) for Covid-19
• Flexibility to work rosters between Monday to Friday
• Availability to work Day shift

Your New Role:

• Domestic assistance duties: such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
• Personal Care duties: assist customers with activities of daily living tasks such as showering, dressing, medication management, assisting with mobility and therapy goals (You will require a minimum Cert III in Individual Support/Disability or completed 1st year of a Nursing Degree and/or have 12 months + experience)
• Social support duties: transportation to appointments, shopping and social outings
