An excellent opportunity is available for an enthusiastic & diligent candidate to join our Specialist Centre in Mt Waverley. This is a rare opportunity to join a great team with the possibility of an immediate start.
We have a multitude of specialists within different speciality fields and we are looking for a Surgical Bookings Secretary. We require a person who takes pride in their work with attention to detail, has an enthusiastic attitude, excellent organisational skills, and has the ability to work autonomously.
Previous experience within a hospital environment or specialist rooms is required with sound knowledge of medical terminology. Any experience in Zedmed Software is desirable.
Responsibilities include
- Collaboration with Multiple Specialists
- Liaising with Hospitals and Theatre Staff for Bookings
- Ability to work closely with Anaesthetists & Assistants
- Patient Surgery Enquiries and bookings
- Surgery Quotes
