Orthopaedic Surgical Liaison Nurse

• $49.17 - $51.76 per hour

• Monday to Friday business hours

Based in Gippsland, Latrobe Regional Health are looking for a Orthopaedic Surgical Liaison Nurse to join our Patient Services Unit on a part time, ongoing basis.
The Surgical Liaison Nurse works closely with the Patient Services, Pre Admission and Surgical Unit teams to provide efficient management and prioritisation of patients on the elective surgery wait list to ensure high quality patient outcomes.
The Surgical Liaison Nurse will be responsible for leading quality improvement projects in line with the Department of Healths Surgical Reform Blueprint.

We are looking for candidates with:

• Nursing qualification

• Experience in Operating Theatre or Surgical Unit Nursing

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well independently and part of a team
