unique dining experience. Head Sushi Chef, SHINYA NAKANO Born in OSAKA, JAPAN art will be at the forefront of the new Canberra venue,
which will also feature a traditional robata grill.
Guests can enjoy a sake/shochu and cocktails in our front bar
before being seated in our contemporary dining room.

We are a new and exciting restaurant looking for a motivated and skilled Chefs to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a range of dishes, as well as assisting with menu development and ensuring a high level of food quality.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and cooking dishes to the highest standards
- Assisting with menu development and recipe testing
- Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment
- Ordering and receiving stock, and ensuring stock levels are maintained
- Training and mentoring junior kitchen staff
To be considered for this position, candidates should have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, and have excellent culinary skills, as well as a passion for creating delicious and innovative dishes. A formal culinary qualification is desirable, but not essential. Candidates should also be able to work well under pressure, and be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
